Ontario Technical Design (OTD) is an independent consulting company offering electrical engineering hardware and firmware design services. Gary Wagner founded OTD in 2002, and has worked as an electrical / systems engineer since graduating from RIT in 1987 with a BSEE. The primary goal of OTD is to offer significant value to its clients, by delivering creative design solutions at an affordable cost. As a small consulting firm, OTD offers personalized service with a focus on building close relationships with its clients.
